There are a tremendous number of conversations about politics and government happening today. It is a subject that many people feel passionate about.
One topic that is now frequently being discussed is the document that founded our government: the United States Constitution.
Many people in the United States have not read this document. And many who have read it, want to understand more about what it means.
The Guide to Complete Understanding makes this possible. One can get a very good start on actually understanding it.
L. Ron Hubbard wrote, “Complete understanding depends upon freedom from misunderstood words.” This philosophical datum forms the basis for all Citizens Academy US services and product. The effects of applying it are profound.
The Guide itself provides the definitions of words as they were used at the time the Constitution was written. It takes a person through the Preamble, definition by definition, with the result being complete understanding. The individual completing The Guide will very often look at the Constitution in a whole new light.

The Guide is designed in such a way that a person can go through it themselves, or even better, two people can pair up and go through it together sharing their new found understandings.
Those completing The Guide, very often want to share their experience with others. We have started a movement to do just that. We have created a title for anyone doing this: Citizens Academy Leader.
